Grassholm Cottage is one of a small collection of beautifully converted barns at Skerryback Farm.
As the smallest and most characterful of the cottages, it sits tucked away at the rear of the farm with its own private driveway and parking.
Sandy Haven is a historic and wonderfully peaceful hamlet on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Just a two-minute stroll from the cottage you’ll find a stunning, sheltered estuary and a wide, sandy beach — often blissfully quiet with hardly anyone around, even in the height of summer.
The beach is dog-friendly all year round.
The estuary is famous locally for its ‘crabbing footbridge’.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs right past the beach, offering spectacular clifftop walks in both directions.
Seals and herons are regular visitors to the estuary, and the whole area has a wonderfully tranquil, unspoilt feel.
A short walk (1.3 miles 28 mins) brings you to The Brook Inn, a friendly local pub serving good food with a quiet garden.
Tesco, Morrisons also delivers directly to the farm.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 adults with a further 2 small single beds in the split level loft upstairs, making an ideal children's den area and has a Juliet balcony looking out onto a wooded area

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, outdoor space, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, there is free parking available for guests at the cottage.

2 (well behaved) dogs maximum are allowed, for which there is a weekly charge

Sandy Haven is positioned centrally in Pembrokeshire so both the south eg Tenby, as well as St David's up the top can easilly be accessed. Guests can also enjoy hiking, beach walks, and exploring local attractions within the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park.
